Make My Yapper Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-02-draft
Who we are
Make My Yapper is owned and operated by Discovery Marketing (discoverymarketing.io). Andy Bedell is the administrator.
Your account
You sign up on a computer and Andy approves each account. Keep your password private. You must be at least 18. Accounts are limited while the product is being built.
Your content
You keep the rights to everything you write, film and upload. You let Discovery Marketing store, process and edit it only to make your yappers and run the service.
What you post
Only upload material you have the right to use. Don't use the service for anything illegal, hateful, or that impersonates someone. Graphics from free stock libraries come with their own licenses, which we show you.
Credits
Approved accounts get 100 free credits. A finished yapper uses 10. Writing and filming never use credits. There are no payments; credits have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
AI processing
Transcription, graphic suggestions and sound effects are made with AI services listed in the Privacy Policy. AI can be wrong, so review your yapper before you post it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account and every file at any time. Andy can suspend accounts that break these terms. The service is provided as is while it's being built.
